Happy 21st birthday to the beautiful Chanel, the world’s oldest living dog. Chanel, a rescue dachshund from Port Jefferson, New York has had her age verified by the Guinness Book of Records which presented her with a certificate and the gift of a visit to a dog hotel and spa. She might be called Chanel but the funky glasses are not a fashion statement, more of a necessity as she suffers from cataracts. And the jumper is just what an old lady needs to keep her warm!
